Foliage: alternate, simple; green leaves with brilliant and showy red or deep purple in Fall Light: Full Sun to part shade
Bark:  Smooth, gray matures to gray black Pruning: Minimal; lower limb removal
  Uses: Shade tree, specimen, parking lot islands, buffer strips and median planting
